He knew Florida deserved better and in his quest to build it, Luis proceeded through a series of different strategies and partnerships, constantly improving and moving closer to fulfilling his dream of providing superior title services that completely fulfilled client needs.
The end of that journey was the founding of Complete Choice Title Services, along with the perfect business partner who shared the same dream, his wife Yeni. This new journey of next-level customer service started with one radical belief: What if a title company actually cared? What if every client was treated like family?
